Good brands, items products choice and quality with good prices. This shop is really trustworthy.
Only "itch" is the Fedex delivery delay on this last order. I hope Outdoor and Country can find a reliable replacement option soon :)

FedEx shipping is a nightmare
The website, producs and prices are excellent BUT by using FedEx the company fails in the most important aspect of online sales, getting the products to the customers in time. My last purchase was three weeks ago and still not delivered. How FedEx survives given the competition from other shippingagents today is a mystery.

Fantastic customer service both on line and in person. The outdoor and country store staff in Blackbrook are so helpful. Great range of products and easy returns process.

Had difficulties with delivery but the service received from Outdoor & Country to try to resolve the matter was excellent. So I would give 5 stars for customer service, and 1 star for delivery.

Excellent, easy returns policy
Had to return a pair of faulty Wellingtons, manufactures fault. I spoke to Jack who was so helpful, gave me concise easy instructions to return them. I received a replacement pair with in 4 days. Excellent customer service

Wonderful experience with customer service
Exceptional and outstanding customer service! I live in the states, so I was afraid it would be difficult dealing with returns and exchanges. Nothing could be further from the truth— they were both kind and so responsive; I was incredibly surprised and grateful. Mine was a complicated situation, but they were efficient, understanding, helpful AND friendly.

Ordered a pair of Dubary deck shoes for holiday, manged to get them PDQ, subsequently defect with stitching on 1 shoes, received a new pair and was kept informed , unusual to get such quality service highly recommend! Andy Joyce.

Excellent Customer Service
This is the first time I've ordered from Outdoor and Country. Unfortunately I made a blunder with the online order however I needn't of worried, I spoke to a really kind lady called Lauren S, she went above and beyond to sort everything out for me and nothing was too much trouble,. I was really impressed by the service she provided and she really is a credit to your company. Because of her service I would not hesitate to order from your company again.
Brilliant customer service
I ordered a jacket but it had gone out of stock. Jack Tinsley contacted me straight away by email to apologise and offer me the chance to try a larger size with no postage and packing charge. He also managed to source another in the size I originally ordered and reserved it for me in case the larger one did not fit. Very impressed by this level of customer service. My wife went with the larger jacket and is very happy with it.

I recently placed an order for a Baker boy Barbour hat, however due to my mistake when ordering I misspelt my email address and as so never received confirmation, I contacted customer services by email, I received a prompt response from Lucy Clarke whom sorted my problem out swiftly and was able to collect my order from the store. The hat fitted perfectly so was pleased with my order, excuse the pun but hats off to Customer Services for being prompt and caring, thank you Lucy

I am trying to return my boots
I am trying to return my boots which are too big. I can only get recorded messages on the phone line and cannot type the order number into the return form. It is really off-putting when a company makes it so difficult to return items. Not sure what to do now as I cant get to speak to an actual person.
